Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price of every Tingum system. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.

Order Processing

1–3 business days after purchase. Because many Tingum pieces are produced in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on availability. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Method

Tingum products are shipped via trusted carriers or freight services, depending on size and destination. For larger items, delivery may be curbside or threshold delivery. Assembly is included where noted on the product page.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are generally 5 days to 2 weeks from the ship date, depending on your location and the size of the order. We’ll always do our best to communicate clearly if there are delays.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
